I’m a native Phoenician and I love my historic Uptown Phoenix neighborhood! I am a dog-mom to Archer, our outrageously cute three-legged rescue dog, and I love when my clients want to incorporate their own dogs into their engagement sessions and weddings. I like to binge watch documentaries and I am an NPR fanatic. I am a proud supporter of art, artists, and everything local. My husband Chris and I can often be found riding our bikes to our favorite Uptown and Downtown establishments where we dine on awesome local food and drink our favorite craft beers.
Aside from photography, my other passion is cooking and baking. As a way to share this passion with others, I have incorporated a weekly food post
into my blog to share all of my favorite recipes. I also have a growing mid-century Pyrex bowl collection in the kitchen and a well-established vintage camera collection on my shelves due to my thrift store addiction.
I like to think of myself as a free spirited explorer and love to travel, especially if it means I get to photograph a wedding or engagement session in a new location. I am inspired by the outdoors and love shooting in the Phoenix Sonoran desert, the red rocks of Sedona, and the incredible prairies and pine tree forests of Northern Arizona. I feel so fortunate to live in such an incredibly diverse and beautiful state, I want to explore it every chance I get.
My goal for your wedding is to capture the story of your special day through candid emotional moments and artistic portraits. I want you to be able to re-live the emotions of your wedding day every time you look back at your photos. I love capturing those in between moments, experimenting with light and interacting with my incredible clients! More than anything, it’s important to me that we capture creative images worthy of hanging as artwork on the walls of your home and to be cherished for a lifetime.
